Collection Services

WIN performs collection services in the Knoxville, TN area with our staff of DATIA trained and certified collectors. Services include standard urine collections, collection of alternative specimens, instant screening devices and Breath Alcohol Tests.

Collections are available at our location (VIEW MAP) or on-site at your facility, during regular business hours or on call after hours.

Should you want to perform your own collections, our DATIA certified Professional Collector Trainer can train your staff to do so.

Collection Site Management

For collections needs outside our facilities, WIN has a network of over 8,000 collection sites available for our clients to utilize. We can help you identify the provider in your area with the proper mix of services and pricing to meet your needs. We then manage that provider for you with the fees for their services being included in your single consolidated invoice from WIN.

WIN offers a full array of testing options to meet the diverse needs of our clientele. Centered on traditional laboratory based urine testing through SAMHSA certified laboratories, WIN also offer tests via alternative matrices like Oral Fluids and Hair along with point of care (instant) screening devices.

All testing is performed through one of WIN’s SAMHSA certified laboratory partners.

Non-Regulated Testing Options: Urine, Oral Fluid, Hair, Alternative and Expanded Panels Available

WIN partners with experienced and certified laboratories to offer testing via alternative matrices such as oral fluid and hair. For your non-regulated testing we also offer expanded test panels and optional cut-off levels. Let us help you through the maze to determine the best solution to your needs!

Point of Care (Instant) Screening

For those instances where an immediate screening result is needed, choose from our selection of FDA cleared instant screening devices. Again, we help you choose the type of sample, panel and the device that best fits your needs.

Alcohol Testing

Breath Alcohol Testing (BAT)

Breath Alcohol Testing is the gold standard for alcohol and while there may be rare occasions to use blood or urine, our network is centered on certified BAT providers.

Point of Care (Instant) Screening

Particularly in geographic areas where it is difficult to identify a nearby BAT, it may be worthwhile to investigate using a breath or oral fluid alcohol screening device. WIN can provide these devices along with the training needed to utilize them.

The importance of the MRO cannot be overstated. The certified MRO protects your donor from a false accusation of illicit drug use when there is an appropriate medical explanation for the laboratory result. The MRO also serves as a critical part of the WIN team by acting as a quality control check on the laboratory and by being a valuable resource to you regarding medical and legal issues affecting your drug-free workforce program.

Random Testing Programs

WIN administers random testing pools that range from DOT consortiums covering hundreds of individual client companies to multiple pools for a single large employer. WIN’s process is effective, scientifically valid, compliant with federal regulations and user friendly and efficient for our clients.

TPA Back Office Support Services

Having created the process, procedures, staff and electronic systems to perform TPA and MRO services in an efficient and effective manner, WIN now offers these services to other TPA’s. Utilizing our DrugPak software suite and On-Demand platform, we now help you bring the same efficiencies and flexibility to your clients.
